ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For admin purposes all owners must register contact details before listing a property. Subscription packages may be activated via a valid PayPal account on registration or manually by admin on verification of details.
InternetVillaHolidays.com acts solely as a link between visitors to the web site and holiday rental / property owners or agents who have entered into an advertising contract with InternetVillaHolidays.com. Your submission of your Property Details forms this advertising contract.

InternetVillaHolidays.com cannot be held responsible or liable in any form for disputes, legal or otherwise, between its advertisers and their customers/guests, or for any losses or damages howsoever caused, or for any alleged breaches of contract of any kind that might arise thereof.

InternetVillaHolidays.com cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate or misleading information supplied to them by advertisers subsequently included within their advertisement or for any claims, losses or disputes that might arise thereof. We reserve the right to change/alter/edit any material supplied to us for use in advertisements.

No claims from advertisers for any loss of income/profits will be accepted by InternetVillaHolidays.com for any action/change to its web site construction or design, or to advertisers pages implemented by InternetVillaHolidays.com at its own discretion. All designs of advertisers web pages and/or any other pages contained within InternetVillaHolidays.com web site are determined by InternetVillaHolidays.com and are final.

InternetVillaHolidays.com reserve the right to refuse or remove any requested hypertext links to commercial web sites, or material/text/photographs or videos  supplied to them by advertisers, at their discretion, and accept no associated financial liability that may arise thereof.

InternetVillaHolidays.com cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information or any losses or damages sustained thereof generated from any external hypertext links included within this site.

It is solely the advertisers responsibility to ensure that any material/links supplied to InternetVillaHolidays.com for use within their advertisement are copyright free. InternetVillaHolidays.com accepts no responsibility for any infringements of copyright arising thereof. Advertisers submission of material is their acceptance of their liability.

All website content and advertising is covered by copyright and must only be used for the accepted and legitimate purposes that it was intended for unless permission to copy it is acknowledged and or given by us.

Whilst changes to advertisers property pages are offered as a free service by InternetHolidayVillas.com, we reserve the right to impose an administration charge to advertisers who make special requests to us to upload or make more than four changes/alterations or modifications to their advertising pages within any 12 month advertising contract period if they cannot do it themselves, this may include automatic updates and feeds. The exact definition of the statement that constitutes "free changes or alterations to advertisements" is our final decision and applies solely to minor text changes, or rates changes applied after publication. Advertisers would be notified in advance if any charge is due, for them to accept or decline the charge.

If uploading on behalf of advertiser InternetVillaHolidays.com endeavours to approve and publish any new advertisements or changes to copy as soon as possible, however we cannot always guarantee timescale.

Requests for an advertisers property to be substituted with another during their 12 month advertising contract will be refused. If an owner disposes of their property before the end of their subscription, their advertisement is not transferable to the new owner, and refunds will not be given except at the discretion of internetVillaHolidays.com. It is up to owner/advertiser to inform us of any change in ownership.

Advertisers are expected to deal with customer enquiries adequately and handle any complaints satisfactorily.

InternetVillaHolidays.com reserve the right to remove any advertisers web page(s) and/or terminate their advertising contract in circumstances that we consider at our discretion to be unacceptable conduct, if false claims are made against us, or in the event of any proven or multiple complaints made by tenants/guests of advertisers property or services arising from inaccurate or misleading descriptions/information contained within their advertisements. No refunds will be given.

N.B. Advertising guarantees are conditional on owners meeting the essential terms of those guarantees stating that guarantee is dependent on owners responsibility to keep availability calendar and prices up to date in order to facilitate search by price and availability and ability of users to make an immediate online booking on that date. 

Terms and conditions of our guarantee.

1. Rental rates must be displayed for at least 1 year in advance.
2. Availability must be confirmed or updated at least once every 2 weeks.
3. Properties that receive email enquiries for a date shown as available on calendar will not be eligible for a refund if the enquirer is told that the property is not available or booked.
4. Your property must be available for rent for at least  75% of the length of your subscription at the time of your advert goes live.
5. Your property must not be a timeshare.
6. Guarantee is not valid if the property is sold during the subscription period or is leased on a long term rental basis for more than 1 month.
7. Notice must be given at least two weeks before the end of the period of subscription.
8. Refunds due will only be given at the end of the period of subscription.

It is Owner/Advertisers responsibility to ensure that their registration details are complete, accurate and verifiable.

Advertising should comply with relevant advertising legislation regarding misdescriptions and accuracy of prices supplied. The advertiser agrees to indemnify internetvillaholidays from any claims arising from advertised information.

Advertisers may request to have their advertisement removed at any time during their 12 month advertising contract and accept that refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company management.

Requests for cancellation of advertising after we have worked on an advertisement for publication may be subject to an administration fee dependent upon the amount of work completed in the preparation of their advertisement or dealing with any unjustified dispute, but not exceeding the annual advertising rate. Payments received may not be refunded until the end of the subscription period when cost of work can be recovered less any admin fee or currency conversion fee for work.

InternetVillaHolidays.com cannot be held responsible for any refunds, damages, claims or any losses of income or profit sustained by advertisers in the event of partial or total termination of service/publication of InternetVillaHolidays.com web site, for whatever reason.

InternetVillaHolidays.com cannot be held responsible for any refunds, costs, losses or claims sustained as a result of an advertisers breach our Terms and Conditions.

The use of the name InternetVillaHolidays.com within these conditions encompasses InternetVillaHolidays.com owners, full or part-time employees and associates.

Your submission of your property details to InternetVillaHolidays.com is evidence of your acceptance of these conditions.
