Outside, a private wooden walkway leads to a marsh overlook, perfect for watching the birds and otters or fishing from your own backyard. The community beach access path is nearby. This was one of first sites chosen on the island and offers spectacular views of ocean and Lake Timicau. House is named Osprey Nest in honor of the active osprey nest out front.
