The INN itself is a work of art. The entire home has venetian plastered walls, stained cement flooring on the lower level and hardwood floors on the upper level, granite counter tops and stair steps, solid cherry wood cabinetry throughout, stainless steel kitchen appliances and a six burner commercial gas stove. The Inn offers 2 seperate Suites for rent or you can rent the whole house for a day, week, month, party, reunion, wedding, seminar, etc.
Suite A on the lower level offers a queen bed, and large soaking tub. Suite B is the upper level suite offering a spacious 1,100 square feet with two bedrooms, a walk in shower upstairs, half bath downstairs, living area and exterior deck. The Inn offers a fully equipped, over sized kitchen, and dining area for all guests to enjoy. Minimally decorated with local artwork and comfortably furnished you will feel at ease the moment you step through the door. Unlike most home rentals, we will give you fresh towels each day and change your sheets on the forth night of your stay. We also wash your dishes, clean the kitchen each night and laundry serves is available for a small fee. The Jemez Mountains are an undiscovered wealth of beauty. Highway 4 takes you through the center of all sights and you can easily view and reach many attractions from the road. To truly visit New Mexico is to experience Jemez Springs. When staying at The INN you are right next to the gift shop Janecka Collection, just next door to a day spa and only one mile from several restaurants, a cafe, The Bath House, Giggling Springs Hot Springs, a city park, library, ranger station,Jemez Monument and more. Ponderosa Winery is located about 8 miles from the Inn and offers their own bottled wine, wine tasting and a view of their winery. Highway 4 is New Mexico's most beautiful scenic byway that stretches almost 40 miles. At one end you reach The Bandelier Monument which is an amazing ruins of a Native American civilization. Along Highway 4 you can easily see from the road or walk a very short distance to Soda Dam, Battleship Rock, McCauley Warm Springs, Spence Hot Springs, fish at Dark Canyon, view Redondo Peak, Jemez Falls, Valles Caldera National Preserve, and other smaller stops to enjoy fishing, hiking and biking trails, rock climbing, or to just sit and take in the amazing scenery.
Other attractions include the Gilman Tunnels, the road 376 which is a 17 mile stretch of dirt road that takes you through the middle of the mountains and ends near La Cueva where San Antonio Hot Springs, Fenton Lake State Park and a restaurant are near by. If you are staying for an extended period of time, Chaco Canyon is just a day trip from Jemez and Albuquerque is an hour drive while Santa Fe is just 1.5 hours away.
