Also in this same mezzanine area is a ladder loft to the 5th bonus bedroom with 4 twin beds. (children love this one!).This vacation rental home uses hydronic heating which is a circulating hot water system, the healthiest and most comfortable way of heating for this Alpine area. It is very efficient.
