Just off the screenroom, a spiral staircase leads to the lower level and then to the pool.The lower level of the house has another master suite with a king-size bed and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bath. Both of these bedrooms open to a large porch. One of the two bedrooms is decorated with a queen-size bed and the other is outfitted as a kid's Paradise! The kid's room is decorated with a bunk bed, twin up top, full at the lower bunk, and a twin-size trundle underneath. With cushy lime bean bag chairs and their own TV with Directv and a Playstation2.
