The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with extra seating, a toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. The living area has a ceiling fan, stereo with CD player, VCR and cable TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and access out onto the deck. The second bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan. In the loft there are two futons (single beds), a ceiling fan and private deck.

This home can be found in an area with a community lighted boat dock, fish cleaning station and a boardwalk to the beach. There is an outside shower available with this home along with air conditioning, a washer and dryer. Please note that there are no commercial establishments on this part of the island such as restaurants and grocery stores.
Nearby Attractions Description
Some of the nearby attractions include Stump Pass State Park, where you can enjoy the pristine beaches and incredible wildlife. You can charter a fishing boat, go parasailing, rent a jet ski. If you want to go in to town, only five minutes away is the Rotunda, where there are five golf courses, plenty of delicious restaurants, and lots of fun shopping. If you really want to go somewhere fun, Orlando is only 150 miles away where you can visit the happiest place on earth, Disney World.
