With the finest furnishings and fabrics to ensure the ultimate vacation comfort and luxury, our home has every appliance and convenience you would need for that perfect stress free vacation.Emerald Island is the best location in a resort community which also has several amenities including 2 outdoor heated communal pools, club house, spa, fitness room, cyber cafe, & games room. There is a sand volleyball court and a children’s play area next to the Clubhouse. For those who enjoy nature, there is a beautiful nature trail for walking, jogging or biking with picnic tables scattered around and a tennis court in the works. It really is a lovely Resort with a perfect location in a magical place!! All club house amenities mentioned above are free for all our guests.Amenities: The home has three bedrooms furnished with queen sized beds and two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each and can accommodate up to 12 persons including the family room sofa bed. The villa also has full laundry facilities with large capacity washer and dryer units. Television sets with cable in every bedroom and the family room area which also includes a DVD player with a large array of movies for the entire family. With Playstation2 and games, the villa includes several free amenities including books, hair dryers, stroller, pool toys and information pack. All bed linen and towels are provided for use in the villa. The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and offers plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs. Our home offers pool heating which can be pre-booked. BBQ's can also be supplied at an additional cost.Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.
