Games style arcade with pool table, Foosball, Basketball, Air hockey and rollascore games will keep kids of all ages occupied. Free use of computer with high speed Internet, free WiFi too. Large pool and spa set in extended screened deck, with 4 loungers, 8 chairs and 2 tables.
Use of towels / linen, washing machine, dryer & iron also free use of a safe.
4 cable TV''s, 3 VCR's, Blu-Ray DVD player and a midi hifi system should keep arguments about who watches or listens to what to a minimum! Cable in 3 bedrooms, plus digital cable and 40' HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD player in the lounge.
A cot and highchair are available at no extra charge if required, also there are (last time I was there!) 2 light buggies, (strollers). Rear doors are protected by electronic alarms which sound when doors are opened; the alarms are very loud and can be heard throughout the house. The front door has a device fitted to the top of it to prevent not only unauthorized access, but also stop children from opening the door and leaving the home. Also, the rear doors have devices to prevent the doors being opened by children.
The large private pool and jacuzzi are set in an extended sun deck of 48'' x 21', there is also a shaded lanai area. A pool blanket is in use during the colder months to preserve pool heat. There are 4 sun beds and 8 chairs.
The garage has been converted to an arcade style games room, with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, basket ball and roll-a-score games.
Also there is a computer with free high speed broadband Internet access. Also wireless (b, g & n) if you wish to bring your own laptop. There are some games installed on the computer.
Free local, long distance and international phone calls, no phone or credit cards required. Long distance and international calls are available free through the broadband Internet connection, free calls to USA & Canada, land line and mobile, United Kingdom 01 & 02 numbers only, and landline calls to Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and Germany. A safe is provided for your use, free of charge.
The utility room has a washer and dryer, so you can travel light and wear your freshly laundered clothes more than once!
