Absolutely great watching the wildlife in and around the lake. The extended decking area around the pool attracts the sun from early morning until sunset.
The villa sleeps 10 comfortably. Easy access to the major theme parks, Disneyworld 11 miles.
Lounge with cable, 40" TV, VCR, DVD. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery. Breakfast nook with seating for 4. Dining area for formal eating with seating for 8. Utility room with washer and dryer.
Also located downstairs,
1st master bedroom with queen sized bedroom, en-suite bathroom with twin vanity unit, roman tub, shower cubicle, w.c. There is cable TV in this room.
2nd master bedroom with queen sized bed, en-suite has single vanity unit, w.c., shower cubicle. There is a TV/VCR not connected to cable but there is a good selection of videos for our guests use.
3 Bedrooms located upstairs and serviced with a further bathroom which has single vanity unit, w.c., bath with shower attachment.
3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed, there is also a crib in this room.
4th Bedroom has bunk beds and is ideal for the kiddies, there is also a games console which while away a few hours for the kiddies use.
5th bedroom has twin beds.
Double garage. In the garage there is a 3 in 1 games table, pool/table tennis/air hockey.

SPECIAL ITEMS & AMENITIES
The villa has a security alarm. Air conditioning throughout (except the garage). There are ceiling fans in the lounge and the two master bedrooms downstairs.
The estate amenities are: communal pool, basketball, tennis courts, volley ball, small kiddies play areas.
In probably less than five minutes in either direction onto the Highway 27, there are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs.
There are an abundance of golf courses, nearest approx. 3 minutes + away. There is a state park, again not too far away, there is also a winery where you can taste and buy the wine. Off the beaten track, there are a number of places to visit, if you want a break from the theme parks. Just ask, I will be only too pleased to offer advice on where to go. Gulf Beaches are approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, again I can recommend our favourites.
