There is a surround sound theater system, 42-inch plasma TV, granite counters and tile throughout, as well as top appliances, full washer and dryer and nice furnishings. There is a king size bed in master bedroom with a pillow-top mattresses. All bedrooms have a TV.

This condo is three units away from Cocoa Beach Pier which boasts fine restaurants, night clubs and shops. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is only two blocks away. The gorgeous balcony offers a full ocean view.

Only 25 minutes east of Walt Disney World.
