There are 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two Kings, one of which is en-suite. One King is a wonderful 4-Poster and the other boasts a magnificent Sleigh Bed. The 2 Queen rooms are both totally unique in their style. One of these is located downstairs making it an easily accessible room. Both rooms have bathrooms next door to each. The kids will love the Disney Bedroom and the magically themed Jungle Bedroom with colorful wall murals, both upstairs. All of the bedrooms have their own TVs and DVD Players. Everyone will enjoy the all-American games room with a pool table, arcade quality air hockey table and a foosball table. The kids can entertain themselves with the Playstation 2 and numerous games provided.

Sunrise Lakes boasts a prime location with neighborhood pool, playground and Cabana! Enjoy a round of golf in the magnificent Florida Sun. Upon request, we will provide two full sets of golf clubs at no extra charge. After a long hot day, relax and enjoy the large 30' x 15' Pool and Spa, or sit back and relax under the over-sized lanai with a long cold drink and enjoy the views over the lake. The pool can be illuminated with multicolored, Fibre-Optic Lighting and there is plenty of pool-side seating for everyone! The pool is heated by solar and topped up with gas which keeps it at a divinely warm and constant heat regardless of the ambient temperature.
