DESCRIPTION
|
Bradenton holiday villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned. The Villa is furnished to a high standard throughout. On entering the villa there is a lounge with dining area.
A large bright fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and family room. All of which have wall to wall windows and sliding doors that lead out to the pool area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in wardrobe and full en-suite.
The second bedroom has a double bed. The third and fourth have twin beds. The master bedroom, lounge and family room all enjoy undisturbed views of the ninth tee and lake.
The pool is enclosed in a lanai. There is a barbeque, double garage and gardens.
For your convenience our villa is equipped with broadband internet.

SPECIAL ITEMS & AMENITIES

| Situated on Tara Golf & Country Club the villa makes for an ideal golf holiday on the West Coast of Florida and for a one off fee of $100 you can take over the golf membership. Transfer membership will entitle you to free green fees, only a modest mandatory cart applies. Facilities include. A 6,820 yard championship course on 600 acres. The course offers five sets of tees that challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skills.
In the club house there is a dining room, grill room and bar.
All our guests will have free use of the following: A driving range, practice putting green, golf balls, two flood lit tennis courts, gym, olympic size swimming pool and spa.
The golf club is a five minute walk. There is also a public Golf Course 10 min walk form the Villa.

| A 20 minute drive will bring you to outlet malls, Long Boat Key and Anna Marie Island are approximately a 45 min drive.
Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Mayakka State Park and Venice where you can Wind Surf or simply enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches with their amazing sunsets are only a 45 minutes drive away.
