There are 4 bedrooms, a loft and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. On the upper level is bedroom 1 with a queen bed, TV, and it shares a bathroom with the study. The Study is a semi-private room with a trundle bed that converts to a king bed or 2 twins. On the main level is bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a private bath. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with adjoining bath with shower. On the lower level is bedroom 4 and it has 2 pairs of handcrafted log bunks, perfect for the kids. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the rec room. In the living room you will find extensive window areas on 3 sides providing views of the incredible slopes. For your entertainment the living room includes a TV with DVD player, and the large fireplace where you and your family can warm up after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious home made meals, and has a huge breakfast bar with seating for 6. On the lower level is the rec room with a fireplace, TV, cards, poker chips, board games, providing great entertainment while you spend quality time together.
Surrounding Description
Patio doors off the dining area, open out onto the deck, which is ideal for both sunbathing and taking in the incredible views. There is also a hot tub that can accommodate 8 people and a gas BBQ grill, perfect for a fun family dinner out on the patio. You will also enjoy the heated 2-car garage in the winter with ski room located adjacent to the garage entry door. If you do decide to go into town, you can enjoy some amazing shopping at the outlets, catch a flick at the movie theaters or during the summer months go golfing on the nearby course. You can buy the groceries you need to make your own meals, or try any of the fabulous restaurants in town. You are also just a short drive to many fabulous ski resorts.

In the winter you will love spending time exploring the 4 O'clock run, the Nordic Center and the Snowflake lift. In the summer, many great adventures await you in Breckenridge such as hiking, rock climbing, fishing, kayaking and more. Spend a day taking some historic tours and learning the history of Breckenridge or visiting the Mountain Top Children's Museum.
