This room is open to the kitchen and also to the front patio where you will find outdoor dining a lot of fun. There is also a built in gas BBQ ad patio heater. Beyond the kitchen is a formal dining room with seating for 8. On the second floor you will find a second family room with all the A/V equipment like the downstairs. The master suite is in the front of the home and is large and has a fireplace and LCD TV. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The two car garage is stocked with 6 bicycles for your use as well as some beach chairs and coolers. There is also an outdoor shower (hot & cold) to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.
