This high security Phuket villa features a fully equipped health club with exercise equipment and free weights, a trendy café, two floodlit tennis courts for night time play, and an air-conditioned lounge with meeting room plus a palm tree lined communal swimming pool. Just down the hill is Kata Beach, one of the most popular vacation spots in Thailand. It features a long white sand beach, a safe ocean for swimming and a number of beachfront eateries, hair braiding and salas for massage on the beach.
LOCATION
Ruedi Phuket villa is only 500 meters from beautiful Kata beach, the biggest decision you will have to make every day is whether to enjoy the private swimming pool, the communal pool or the white sand and ocean waves. In the quaint town, there are a number of top notch restaurants offering international and Thai cuisines in all price ranges. Kata is medium developed beachside destination that would suit couples, families, singles and groups of friends travelling together. Alongside the wide selection of international and Thai restauramts, Kata has some great entertainment areas with lots of beer bars. If you want to experience the excitement of nighttime Patong, it is a short fifteen minute drive to Bangla Road where you will find a spectacular assortment of bars, night clubs and places to hear live music. Food shopping is close by at Tesco Lotus or Big C and name brand merchandise is on offer at either Central Festival or Jungceylon, all within a 25-minute drive. Also within a 20-minute drive, you can visit attractions such as the Big Buddha, or visit places in the south such as Nai Harn and Rawai.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have traditional wide plank wooden floors which give the rooms a warmth unseen with other materials. They open onto the pool which lends a feel of staying at a five star hotel which is amplified by the en suite bathrooms. Individually controlled air conditioners allow for the personal climate control needed for a perfect night’s sleep.
Bathrooms
There are two en suite bathrooms both of which are modern and well appointed with shower, sink and toilet. Attractive décor is accentuated by colourful accessories and plush linens that add to the enjoyment of staying in this luxurious villa.
Dining Room
The formal dining room table and chairs afford a banquet atmosphere to any meal with its glass top carved wooden table and six tapestry upholstered, cushioned chairs which match the nearby living room furniture. The large floor to ceiling windows open onto a garden area and bring the outdoors into the room.
Kitchen
The compact kitchen is ideal in its efficiency for preparing a gourmet meal or a quick lunch. It offers plenty of cabinet space and attractive black composite counter tops with inset four-burner hob and a built in oven in addition to a refrigerator freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
Living Rooms
White ceramic tile floors set the ambiance for this comfortable open plan living room with its white walls and air conditioning. It is a great place to watch the television with its international programming and DVD player or check your email with the high speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
