On the first floor there is a magnificent sun terrace with west facing infinity pool with JACUZZI, this opens from the luxurious lounge which is fitted with a 48 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, satellite television.
There is a fully fitted European Kitchen and a marble top breakfast bar which divides this from the dining room, which again opens on to the sun terrace.

This holiday villa in Phuket is situated in a quiet area in the gentle hills behind Kata about 1 mile from the beautiful beach at Kata. Villa Jasmine faces west over the ocean and there are magnificent sunset views from the infinity pool. Kata has the world renowned Boat House and Grill particularly famous for its wine list!
From November to April (approximately) the sea is flat calm and all types of boats can be hired, from long boats to jet skis and para rides. There is also excellent snorkeling and diving. The remainder of the year there is superb surf and all types of boards can be hired, from body boards to Malibu!
