The Villa Moorings in Phuket is a perfect location if you are looking for peace and quite on the island. This double story four bed roomed house in a gated community of Phuket boasts a private beach with a landscaped garden and ample parking space. There is also a communal pool next to the ocean.
The terrace on the second floor is covered and has breathtaking views of the ocean and the yachts in the bay. At night it lends itself to romantic evenings on the terrace with the sea breeze blowing away your cares. All the rooms have beautiful teak floors and are located on the ground floor of the house. The living room is on the second floor and has a panoramic view of the bay below. This home has all the elegance and beauty which will exceed all expectations of you and your family.
Location Villa Moorings in Phuket allows you to live in the lap of luxury and is located very close to the Novotel near Cape Panwa. The main town being Phuket Town is less than 15 minutes away with a modern hospital, entertainment areas and a shopping mall. The private beach is literally a stone throw away and is shared between twelve properties so safety and privacy is always assured. If you have small children and are looking for a private phuket villa on the quiet side of Phuket but also not too far away from the main city, then Villa Moorings is it.
AccomodationBedrooms The villas four bedrooms are well appointed with teak flooring. The master has a large private bathroom and fabulous sea views. The further three guest bedrooms share one bathroom. The third bedroom is located within another bedroom so ideal for keeping an eye on the children.
Bathrooms The Moorings two bathrooms are simplicity itself with white ceramics. Hot water is supplied and the master bathroom has a large bath tub. One ample sized bathroom, again with simple ceramics is shared by the other bedrooms.
Kitchen The Moorings simple kitchen has lots of workspace with an integral electric hob, microwave and oven. Other appliances include a washing machine and a big fridge, which is all you need for simple lunches on the terrace and the odd evening when youre not exploring Phuket Towns multitude of bistros.
Living Rooms The large living area has fans and a/c leading onto a big terrace with panoramic sea views. Comfy sofas allow guests to relax and take in Phukets fabulous sunsets or watch a movie on the villas TV. The teak floors give the villa a homely feel, and surrounding windows give an airy atmosphere to this elegant space.
