LOCATION
The apartment is situated in a quiet secure garden compound facing north in a sheltered bay at the south end of the long curving Bangtao beach, within walking distance of famous Amanpuri Resort favoured by celebrities and trendy Surin beach village to the south. It is also a short drive to the large Laguna Phuket resorts upmarket shops to the north, along narrow curving roads in peaceful neigbourhood. The apartment is approximately 30 minutes drive from airport, 10 minutes from Laguna golf course or Fantasea night theme park, 20 minutes from Patong and 30 minutes to Phuket City and large department stores.
VACATION CONDO ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms; one main with 1 large double bed + sofa bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are also adjoining fanned bedrooms with a single bed small double bed; all in warm decors and light tones all round. The bedrooms sleep 7 persons in total. The main bedroom has a TV/DVD player/photocopier on desk, some nice wooden furniture features with large wardrobes that provide lots of storage space spare towels/sheets a mini 'World Safe', iron board.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. The second bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet, both with ample towels. There are also outdoor showering facilities next to the swimming pool.
Dining Room
The dining area, beside the beach-view window, comes equipped with a wooden dining table for 6; wide sofa seats for 6 and chairs for 2 more people. The nearby balcony also has a wooden table chairs for 3/4 people.
Kitchen
The kitchen is built to western standards for self-catering with modern appliances that include a fridge-freezer, main oven/stove mini-oven, microwave, dish-washing machine, blender, tea and coffee making facilities and toaster. There is plenty of dishware and cutlery, plus some beverage/spice/sauce supplies in cupboards, and three stools at your disposal.
Living Rooms
The living room area adjoins the kitchen/dining areas and balcony with neat dcor of nice Asian paintings and ornaments adorning the walls alongside dim switch lights that set the tone. The sofas fit six persons comfortably, with many soft Thai triangular cushions. Entertainment facilities include a large TV with 10 international satellite channels and HiFi radio/CD with a few cassettes, plus a telephone.
