This magnificent 3 bedroom Phuket Villa is located in a gated community in Bang Tao. When entering the property the most eye-catching are the teak doors at the entrance of the Villa and the manicured garden. Once inside it’s the wooden vaulted ceilings and full length patio doors which are breathtaking as it gives this Phuket villa rental a spacious feeling. The Phuket Villa was designed with the large swimming pool as its centre point with the living room and its beautiful white ceramic floor tiles adding ambience. The living room is open plan leading out directly to the sparkling pool and Lilly pond. The dining room with its teak furnishings flows from the living room and is also open plan next to the fully equipped kitchen which has a Western design and a horseshoe shape granite top table. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with Asian art with the master bedroom in fully view of the pool and all bedrooms having ducted air-conditioning.
LOCATION
Bang Tao Villa 3 is located 100 meters form the beach front so there is no long distance to walk to frolic in the waves. The nearest convenience store Tesco Lotus Express and a McDonalds is a 10 minute walk up the road. The Laguna Estate is less than 10 minutes walk and if you are looking for the nightlife then Patong is less than 15 minutes drive. Located just 25 minutes from the airport, Bang Tao Villa 3 is one of the best beachside Villa’s on the market in Phuket.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
This Villa has 3 bedrooms which have ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans with the main bedroom having a selection of Asian art and teak fixtures which adds ambience to the room. It also sports a large television and direct pool access. All the bedrooms are ensuite with king-size beds and walk-in wardrobes.
Bathrooms
The Villa sports 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are ensuite and the fourth being a guest bathroom with toilet and washbasin only. The bathroom of the master bedroom is private and open-air with a Jacuzzi. There is nothing better than a relaxing evening in a moonlit Jacuzzi. The other guest bathrooms have a toilet, shower and washbasin.
Dining Room
The dining room is open plan and contemporary located next to the kitchen. With teak furnishings providing seating for 8 guests with Asian art adorning its walls. The pool area is viewable from the dining room and is very spacious.
Kitchen
The kitchen was beautifully done with an open plan design which allows you to speak to your guests while preparing food. The granite surfaces and horseshoe design adds a certain class to the kitchen layout. The kitchen is equipped with a Samsung Microwave, two-ring gas stove with extractor fan and refrigerator. There is also an adequate selection of dishware and cutlery available for your use.
Living Rooms
The living room has large glass panels and is in full view of the swimming pool. With its white ceramic tiles and teak furniture it creates a fantastic contrast. The ceiling is vaulted and makes the living room very spacious. With a flat screen television and DVD player this room makes for a great place to unwind after a day at the beach.
