LOCATION
Set in a new village on the Jomtien side of Pattaya hill, also known as Pratumnak Hill, which divides Pattaya from Jomtien, you are in the heart of the area. There are a number of attractive beaches within 1km with Cozy Beach just a short stroll, and the hill itself provides attractions with a temple set on the top and amazing views over the entire region to include the cities, countryside, sea and islands in the gulf. Pattaya Park is also on this side of the hill offering a fun day out for all the family. Shopping centers such as Big C, Tesco Lotus, Villa Market and Central Festival are all just a 10-minute drive away.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom suite overlooks the pool that is accessible through the insulated and glazed patio doors. Walk in wardrobe rooms as well as en suite bathrooms are featured in each bedroom. Both bedrooms come with king-size beds. Bedroom floors have ceramic tiling and are air conditioned.

The master en suite bathroom features a full-size bath with tiled steps.
