Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms downstairs. The main suite has views over the pool and garden, and its own private balcony at the rear under the shade of palms giving it a tranquil green feel. Relax in comfort on the king-sized bed watching your favourite movies on the large flat screen. A second guest king-sized bedroom downstairs uses the house bathroom next door. Up the wooden stairs takes you to the high-ceiled upstairs bedroom with timber floors and large ensuite shower room.
Bathrooms
The house shower room and WC are off the living room and conveniently situated. The main downstairs ensuite features a bathtub with shower above allowing relaxation at the end of a busy sun-filled day. The upstairs ensuite has a large shower with sliding doors.
Dining Room
The large dining area has a table and chairs for 6 with large curtained windows offering a light and airy feel without direct sun. There is a water cooler/dispenser here too, and a further air-conditioner.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is separated from the dining room by a high serving marble-topped serving unit. The same marble worktops are used throughout the kitchen, which boasts a double-drainer sink, four-ring ceramic hob with extractor, freestanding microwave, and a huge fridge-freezer. Beyond the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms
Light and airy, the living room forms the centre of the villa with two bedrooms and the house bathroom through doors, and the dining room and kitchen areas open-plan. Soft L-shaped sofas afford views over the pool and garden and towards the very large flat screen TV with English and Russian channels. Air-conditioning and high ceilings make this area most relaxing. Stairs lead up to the upstairs bedroom suite, and by the front door there is a covered intimate patio with soft seating and coffee table overlooking the pool and garden.
