LOCATION
Situated on Ban Ampur’s Phoenix Golf Club, the villa is a short five minute car ride from the pristine Bangsaray Beach. Nearby attractions include the Silverlake Vineyard where music festivals have been held, and the Buddha Mountain perfect for a spiritual trip. The Alangkarn Theater offers spectacular local entertainment, while a the neighbouring Jomtien Beach is a mere 12 kilometers away from the villa. Golf enthusiasts are in for a special treat with the Phoenix golf course just footsteps away.

Bedrooms
There are total of five bedrooms in the villa, three of them are on level one and two adjacent to the pool. All the bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The rooms on level one have balconies overlooking the pool.
Bathrooms
With total of six bathrooms in the villa, each bedroom has an ensuite and an additional bathroom for guests on the ground floor. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins and the master ensuite also has a Jacuzzi.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with gadgets such as a toaster, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and tea and coffee making facilities.
Living Rooms
The living room is located on the ground floor and opens on to the pool and garden area. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, international TV channels and a DVD player.
