DESCRIPTION
|
Upon arriving at the entrance to Baan Tawan you can immediately feel the Thai influence in the design of the property. This Koh Samui villa has its own private parking and is very private and secluded. The private pool is surrounded by gardens and patio areas, including your own private sala. The Thai influence is carried throughout the property with teak flooring and the distinctive roof style. The villa in Koh Samui is set on two floors and has air conditioning throughout. The large available space along with the use of plenty of glass really emphasizes the size of this property which allows for you to entertain both your party of guests and more should you wish to. Set just 50 meters from the beach this is a real find for all that stay here.
LOCATION
This Koh Samui villa is within a complex and is just 50 meters from the beachfront. Other advantages of the complex include a clubhouse and tennis area as well as a beach front bar restaurant. If you wish to stray from this idyllic location you can reach the town of Lamai in 15 minute which has a wealth of shopping, restaurants bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Other local attractions include the butterfly garden, the tiger show and the aquarium. This ideal location means you are never far from finding new and interesting places to see!
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are all featured soft furnishings and plenty of wardrobe storage space as well as their own private bathrooms. Bedroom one is a double and is on the ground floor with patio doors opening out onto the patio. Upstairs you will find bedroom two which is a twin and has private balcony looking down onto the pool. Bedroom three has its own lounge area and double bed again with a private balcony.
Bathrooms
The bathroom décor is Thai influenced with wood floors and tiled walls. The upstairs ensuite bathrooms all have an attached walk in wardrobe area and bath as well as shower. Downstairs ensuite is a walk in shower. All have ample space and towels are provided daily.
Kitchen
If you enjoy spending time in the kitchen then you will not be disappointed with Baan Tawan. Create your own holiday dishes or have the available chef come and spoil you! The kitchen has wooden floors with cream units and black tops. All possible amenities are here including dish washer, tea and coffee, toaster, microwave and more.
Living Rooms
The open plan living room carries the featured wood floors and Thai inspired art. The large sofa area allows you to lie back and relax and take in the view of the pool through the patio doors or enjoy the entertainment center which includes large TV, DVD, cable and games.
