LOCATION
The villa is situated only 500m from the beach, where youll find plenty of bars, restaurants and massage operators. 4km north is Long Beach with a much wider selection of eateries, and some shopping too. To the south you could visit the Mai Keow caves, go elephant trekking and kayaking. At Villa Sawan reception desk you can book any excursion you wish, and they will pick you up from the villa front door, dropping you back at the end of the day.

Bedrooms
These three air-conditioned bedrooms all have double beds, garden views and ensuite bathrooms. All the bedrooms also have double doors that can open and let in cooling breezes.
Bathrooms
All the three bathrooms are ensuite and open, which is a great way to take your morning shower. All the bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins.
Dining Room
The dining room is actually situated on the roof-top terrace with a dining table big enough for 8 people. This is a great place to dine while taking in the tropical surroundings from an elevated position.
Kitchen
There are lots of units and work surfaces in the kitchen, so you have much space for storage and food preparation. The list of modern appliances includes a microwave, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, blender and tea and coffee making facilities.
Living Rooms
The lounge can be opened on three sides and is dominated by a large and comfortable settee facing a flat-screen TV with a choice of over 50 channels. The lounge looks directly out towards the garden.
