Charming, South facing holiday villa rental, within easy walking distance of sandy beaches at El Portet and the village of Moraira.
Set in a large enclosed garden that is well kept with mature trees and lawn.
There is a terraced area with garden furniture and sun loungers around the private pool with steps into the water(the pool man comes twice a week in summer time).
Downstairs, the villa has a cosy "bodega" with fridge and TV, where you can have refreshing drinks.
There is a double bedroom with a bathroom.
Upstairs you will find one double bedroom and one with twin beds, a bathroom, a living-dining room with TV satellite, DVD, a big kitchen, a front terrace and a back terrace.
RENTAL RATES
Weekly rental rates-Season 2 bedrooms 3 bedrooms
May and October Low: 600 Euros Low: 700 Euros
June and September High: 750 Euros High: 850 Euros
July and August* Peak: 1200 Euros Peak: 1400 Euros
*Special price for the first 2 weeks of July: from Saturday 30 June to 14 July :€2000 Euros for party of 4 people.

| There property has a garage and an automatic gate to enter the garden with your car.
At arrival, you will receive a remote control and 2 sets of keys for the villa.
TV with English satellite, DVD, books.
General items include washing machine, bed linen (we change weekly on Saturday), central heating, oven, microwave, kettle, fridges, iron & board, toaster and vacuum cleaner, barbecue.
A cot can be provided without extra cost. Please ask for it when booking.

| Moraira has a great number of shops, pubs and restaurants and a delightful marina where you can see beautiful yachts when having a drink in its restaurant.
Local sports: sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, snorkelling, sea fishing, Jet Ski, and golf, all nearby.
Friday local market offers fresh fruits and vegetables and a lot of hand made items.
