Our Villa is truly ON THE BEACH! It has a PRIVATE INFINITY POOL! You also have the birds eye view to watch the activities at the new 380 boat Marina Riviera Nayarit!
Entering, you'll pass the mexican kitchen to find yourself in the circular dining room with a table seats up to eight, complete with views of the pool and marina. Left, you'll see the sunken living room, with more windows to bring in the ocean view.
The villa offers 3 large bedrooms with 4 beds, each which a bathroom ensuite. The Master, has a King bed, a ceiling cupola and jetted bath. The 2nd bedroom upstairs holds 2 Queen beds. Upstairs bedrooms access the huge terrace... the best place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon margaritas. The down bedroom is handicap accessible - the perfect location for the elderly family members.
Outside is your own private infinity pool. A gas grill is nearby, and you are surrounded by flowers. The yard is terraced to slowly transition you down to the wide sandy beach, where the waves are gentle because it is well protected by the bay.
LOCATION, Location, Location: You are on the beach...and at the Marina. Restaurants are a short walk. Arts and shopping of Bucerias are just down the beach. Punta de Mita is only a 10 minute drive north, while the bustle of downtown Puerto Vallarta is still nearby. Surf at Sayulita in 20 minutes and when ready to fly, the airport is only 20 minutes away!
