This fantastic new condo, built in 2009, is in the traditional neighborhood of 5 de Deciembre, overlooking the center of old Puerto Vallarta.It’s a fantastic location for visitors who want to be close to the city and still have peace and quiet. Entry to the modern complex is through a gated front entrance; you'll pass a quiet courtyard, hot tub, pool, and exercise gym.And that's even before you take the elevator or stairs to unit B-4, Llave del Corazon. When you enter the condo, you'll first notice the travertine floors and granite countertops. Straight ahead of you is the best part: a large deck with two tables and six chairs. You’ll be amazed how many hours of your stay will be spent sitting out there, mesmerized by the awesome views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta! Enjoy meals, snacks, or beverages on the deck. Or just sit there and relax. The incredible views are worth the walk up the hill. Inexpensive taxis are plentiful, as well, to take you home after a fun day of exploring. During the day you can watch the myriad of boating traffic go by: cruise ships, tour boats, whale watchers, and fishing boats. Parasailers are off in the distance. In the evening, you can enjoy the 'pirate' ships go by. Best of all, their nightly fireworks display entertains the entire city for a short time. And you can watch it while sitting comfortably outside on the deck.You're only blocks from the beach, the famous Malecon, downtown, buses, shopping, restaurants, performing arts center, athletic fields, and much, much more. And you’re close enough to everything to enjoy the Mexican flavors of the of the streets below. The nearly 1,400 square feet includes a modern kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, including a Bosch gas range and oven. Your kitchen and refrigerator water and ice are filtered for extra safety. The kitchen is stocked with everything to please any cook; however, the restaurants in Puerto Vallarta are plentiful and wonderful! Laundry needs are met with new washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen.There is all new furniture throughout. The living area includes high speed internet, an HD television with external speakers, cable, personal (iPod) player, and DVD player (Region 1, US Canadian, and universal DVDs). Air conditioning is in each room, but ceiling fans most often suffice. The master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, with plenty of closet and storage space. On one side of the room is the entrance to the ensuite bathroom, while the other side opens on to the spacious balcony. There is a safe as well. The guest room has two twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king-sized bed and has a connecting bathroom.All linens, towels, beach towels are included.
We're so excited about this place; it's hard to put into words how peaceful it can be. With the pool, hot tub, and gym just three stories below, you seem to have so much available for such a reasonable cost. We know you'll love it!
