The interiors feature taupe colored walls crisply trimmed in white. Mediterranean styled floors were custom made on site and provide an overall palate of soft colors. The furnishings feature a tasteful and eclectic mix of upholstered pieces, tropical rattan accents and contemporary accents. Bose speakers provide surround sound in the villa, verandahs and pool area and enhance the overall ambiance.The home is built on two levels and offers a main house and a carriage house. The main floor features the expansive living and dining areas as well as one of the bedrooms that has a queen sized bed, en-suite bath and furnished patio with ocean view.Three additional bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master suite is large and features vaulted ceilings, a king sized four poster bed, en-suite bath with whirlpool tub, large walk in shower and a delightful and private furnished balcony with ocean views.The two additional upper bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds, en-suite baths and furnished balconies with ocean views. There is a connecting door between these two bedrooms.The two remaining bedrooms are located in a garage apartment that connects to the master bedroom as well as to the kitchen via a back stairway. These two additional bedrooms are less deluxe than the other bedrooms and are, therefore, more suited for children and teens. One of the bedrooms has plank floors, two double beds, sloped/eaved dormer roof, small bathroom and connects to the master suite. The other bedroom has two twin sized beds and a hall bathroom and is the smallest bedroom in the villa. An additional living area is located between these two garage bedrooms and offers TV and a stairway to the kitchen.
