The living room is large and full of Tuscan charm, with a fireplace and comfortable chairs and couches. The front window looks out onto the piazza. The full bathroom is off of the living room. Stairs lead from the living area up to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an Italian queen bed and a window with a countryside view. The smaller second bedroom has twin beds and a window looking out onto the piazza. The powder room is accessed from this bedroom, up a few steps; it is small and has a low, sloping ceiling.

This apartment sits within the medieval walls on the village's picturesque central square. There is a private patio and garden in the back with a superb view of the Tuscan hills, extending to the distant medieval towers of the Siena skyline.

Tuscany, with its spectacular hill towns and scenery, is one of Italy's top vacation destinations. Tuscany's travel attractions include historic cities and art, great wine and food, medieval hill towns, beaches, and beautiful countryside. Murlo is a small, quiet medieval walled village that draws visitors during the day for its interesting Etruscan museum. There is a family-run pizzeria/trattoria just off the square, and the small town of Vescovado, about a half-mile away, has food shops, newsstands, pharmacy, bank, post office, etc. Murlo is a pedestrian area; loading and unloading at the house are allowed, but parking is outside the village walls, a three minute walk from the apartment.
