Villa Sizarin is a new modern self catering holiday home in the south of France and is available for private rentals. It has three bedrooms, lazy day outdoor covered terraces and a pool with a peaceful rural outlook. Great for sharing a chill-out early family breakfast, an afternoon by the pool, or a peaceful evening with family and friends sharing a glass of wine and dinner.
Fully furnished lounge and dining area with double glass dining table with six leather chairs, Lounge area with a two seater settee, 1 three seater and 1 chair all in leather. TV with four French Channels and English Satellite Channels, Dutch TV channels, DVD player with various DVD's and a radio. White Marble electric convector heater.
Fully fitted open plan kitchen. All new Ash timber fitted kitchen with lots of storage, electric oven/grill, electric hob with stainless steel extractor, sink, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
The bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower over, complete with glass side screen. W/C and white vanity unit with mirror door and lights, heated towel rail fitted to side wall. There is a seperate cloakroom off the hall with W/C, wash hand basin and tiled walls.
BEDROOMS
Main king size bedroom with wall lights, fitted wardrobe with hangers and shelf space, pine bedside cupboards to each side of bed and wicker chair.
One long mirror also fitted to wall.
Bedroom Two, twin beds with wall lights over, double wardrobe with hangers and storage space. To each side of beds are small bedside cupboards and wicker chair. One long mirror fitted to wall.
Bedroom three fully fitted with twin beds, wardrobe with hangers with small bedside cupboards. One long mirror fitted to wall.
Two babies high chairs and two fold away carry cots are also available at the villa.
OUTSIDE THE VILLA
An 8 x 4 meter private pool with a deep-end of about 1.8 metres with tiled surround and timber decking complete with sun loungers. The pool is south facing and has sunshine all day.
Two terrace areas are available, one with open pergola type timbers over with large wooden table and six chairs. The other area is elevated decking and balustrade, tiled roof over giving shade and views of the countryside. This area has glass table, four & four chairs. A BBQ is also available for your use.
LOCATION
Nearby Carcassonne is a Medieval Walled City with many shops and restaurants.
The nearby lake has a beach where you can take in the sun on the sandy beach where you can enjoy picnics or cool off with a swim.
The Lake at Lac du Saint-Ferroel going towards Revel on the D629 allows you to enjoy water sport and good place for walks around the nature reserve stopping off at restaurants, waterfalls and streams.
Nearest airports are Carcassonne or Toulouse.
