This two-bedroom, two and one half bath villa overlooks the Pacific Ocean at a unique location where you can watch the surf all day long and listen to it all night long. The beach directly below Villa Playa Vista is noted as one of the most picturesque in the area due to the cove created by the peninsula of land that juts out into the ocean and the adjoining “Tree Island” that is accessible at low tide. Further along the uninterrupted 1.7 mile palm- lined beach you see the anchorage where the local fishermen keep their boats and the rock outcroppings that give the beach it's unique character. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare some of your favorite meals using the local produce and fruits. Your private pool beckons to be enjoyed and the covered terrace will provide hours of outside living, the way most of the locals spend their time. Villa Playa Vista was the model for this new gated community when this development was originally being marketed. It has twenty-four hour security. The unit is perfect for two couples when the two identical master bedrooms are set up with king beds. Two twin-sized beds can be requested to be set up in one the rooms or each room can have a twin set up in addition to the king to increase the sleeping capacity. This makes for close quarters but can work well depending on a family’s needs. Rates are set for four people with a $10 per day per person for more four the fifth & sixth person. Those guests wanting to include children 10 years and younger will require special permission from the owner.
In addition to the amenities that are listed, there are a couple beach chairs and cooler you can use for your fun in the sun, the DVD player also plays your favorite CD’s. We have two boogie boards you can rent for your entire visit for $10 each and also a cell phone for calls within Costa Rica at our cost. Located only 3 Km south of Dominical you are in the heart of all the activities that there are to enjoy in the vicinity including surfing the very popular beach right in Dominical or enjoying the more gentle waves at many of the close-by beaches. Two boogie boards can be rented for your entire visit for a very minimul charge and we also have cell phone for calls within Costa Rica that can be used at our cost. Arrangements have been made with the neighbors next door for parties that are as large as 4 couples or more if the dates of occupancy work out. There is plenty of secure parking at the villa. Villa Playa Vista sits on a jungle ridge and so to the rear are views of the primary jungle with roads for your morning walk just outside your front door. There is even a waterfall with a great swimming hole just a short distance away. The owners of the property also own a local real estate company and provide wireless connectivity for your use at their office just 1 Km away. They can also arrange for reservations at many of the local activities, popular restaurants and provide directions to the beaches the locals think are the best. Car rental and San Jose lodging discounts can also be arranged. The owners welcome your inquires and are glad to answer any questions you may have regarding their property, the surrounding area or any aspect of your visit. Internet access via your laptop is availabe at the villa and wireless at our office (or you can use our PC in the office)
