On the ground level the entry foyer has direct access to the double garage plus there's the master bedroom suite with a queen bed and an ensuite. Also the entertainment zone is on this level. It includes a theatre room with a large digital 3D screen, Foxtel iq, DVD player and surround sound.
A gourmet kitchen with an accompanying butlers pantry, dishwasher, oven, gas hotplates, microwave and everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The living area overlooks the outdoor entertaining area with another flat screen TV, a digital set top box and blue ray player. There is also split system heating and cooling. The spacious dining room also overlooks the open plan kitchen and entertaining area.
There is a powder room on this level which services the second bedroom.
On the second level there is a second master bedroom with a queen bed and a full ensuite including a spa bath and a balcony to sit and relax.
