Just a short walk to beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and most of what Ocean Grove has to offer. It's a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in The Ocean Grove Surfer's Cottage and enjoying your idealic holiday location. A great place to explore the Bellarine Peninsula.
The Ocean Grove Surfer's Cottage is well furnished and fitted out with 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed and 3rd sleeping area off lounge with 1 single day bed. There are 2 spare single mattresses stored under the age beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower, and two toilets to support the bedrooms. There is gas heating for winter and fans for summer.
Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV and DVD. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, and is well fitted out with appliances, crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for holiday stays PLUS an Espresso Machine! The laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is large fenced yard with outdoor furniture, BBQ - a good place for kids to play or for adults to sit back and enjoy a relaxing summer bbq. A great cottage for family or couples to stay and enjoy Ocean Grove or to Explore the Bellarine.
The front and back areas are fully fenced. 2-3 cars may be parked on the property. There is also plenty of street parking. A mix of outdoor furniture and a recent BBQ is provided. There are many BBQ's available at the beach and river that we often use.
