River Walk Beach House has 3 good sized bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with bunk bed and single bed, and 3rd with a double bed, sleeping a total of 7. There is one bathroom with shower, bath, and one toilet. The kitchen, dining, living area is open plan and includes gas heating and cosy open fire place, there are fans to cater for warmer days. The living area includes tv, dvd, stereo, ipod doc station. Kitchen is well equipped including microwave, and electric upright oven and hotplates, refrigerator, and good supply of appliances. There is a breakfast bar which seats 4 and a kitchen and dining table. The laundry includes washing machine. Outdoors there is front and back fenced yard with bbq and outdoor setting. The house has dual driveway access (back entry to Whitton Street and Barwon River - 200m walk to river, 900m to surf beach and 700m to shops a fantastic location for family holiday or week-end stay. River Walk Beach House is clean, neat and well furnished and fitted out to cater for all holiday needs.
