The kitchen dining and living areas are well furnished and fitted out, kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine,double fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas cooktop, toaster, kettle, etc, and good supply of crockery, cutlery, platters, glasses etc to cater for week-end and holiday stays for extended family groups. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is gas mains bbq and outdoor furniture set up on two large entertainment balconies, one located off the main living area includes the bbq. The two balconies make the most of weather changes and offer private places to read or enjoy a wine and nibbles at the end of the day. There is a fenced yard for children to play, and there is access to garage for 2 cars and parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
