The main bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can convert to a queen bed, there is also a sofa bed for the an overnight visitor. Accommodates 5 people. There is one bathroom with shower and one toilet in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutler, platters and appliances including dishwasher, microwave. The living area includes tv, dvd, split system heating and air conditioning and dining area opposite the kitchen. Outdoors there is seating for 6 in secluded fenced yard with bbq. The laundry includes washing machine. Ocean Spray is a fantastic holiday home, ideal for a family or two couples to base themselves to explore the Bellarine Peninsula, or just stay put and enjoy what Ocean Grove and surrounds have to offer for a relaxed holiday, or week-end break.
