You can relax, knowing that Fairmont is spotlessly clean. Quality linen is provided and your beds will be made prior to your arrival...all you need to do is unpack and put your feet up. A portacot and high chair are available on request.
We'll make sure Fairmont is set up to maximise your holiday enjoyment. A group of old school friends wanting to catch up for a weekend? We'll organise single beds, if you prefer. A few couples getting together to explore the Bellarine? King beds and one double should suit your needs. A couple of families sharing a beach holiday? King beds for the adults, singles for the kids. A couple who want to enjoy all Fairmont has to offer, but don't need access to the whole house? Book one bedroom at the lower rate and still have exclusive use of the property.
Life slows down at Fairmont. Watch the birds dip in and out of the birdbaths and enjoy their varied songs. The established gardens provide wonderful privacy and simply gorgeous views from every room.
In winter, stay snug with the cosiness of the gas log fire and ducted gas heating while listening to the surf just a few minutes stroll away.
Find a sunny nook in the private and sheltered garden - read a book, have a picnic all to yourself or with your travelling companions. Snuggle on the couch and listen to music, watch a DVD, or choose a book for your enjoyment.
In the warmer weather, Fairmont becomes a cool oasis, due to Comfort Plus windows, fantastic insulation and shady trees. Lots of double hung sash windows and flyscreened doors ensure the evening sea breezes cool the house most nights, even after really hot days. And, for those extreme days, there are two split system air conditioners and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom.
TV, DVD, CD player, comfortable seating for 10 and gorgeous garden views make the main living area the perfect place for household relaxing after days at the beach or exploring the beautiful Bellarine. The second living room provides a play area for kids (little and big!) and is equipped with a TV/DVD/Wii, toys, games and children's books.
The large main bedroom has a king split bed and overlooks the the rear garden. The private veranda provides an ideal spot for a quiet breakfast or pre-dinner drinks. There is also comfortable seating for two in this room. The bathroom that serves this end of the house has a large, walk in shower and double vanity.
The second bedroom has a double bed and has easy access to the main bathroom, with its separate shower, deep bath and heated towel rails.
The third bedroom has a king split bed which can become two singles, if required. Off this room is a sunny, private sitting area, perfect for a quiet read or a chat.
The 4th bedroom has a king split bed with two trundles, accommodating a couple or up to four single adults or children.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Fairmont, please enquire with management. They can explore the interesting garden and use the doggie door at their leisure. Dog beds, towels, food & water bowls and some welcoming treats are waiting for your canine companion. Nearby Collendina beach provides an off-lead walking paradise all year round.
Fairmont is genuinely gay and lesbian friendly.
Fairmont is definitely not suited to schoolies or party groups!
