There are outdoor areas with bollards, a galley kitchen, a wavy roof line, the bathrooms have timber floors the same as the ships deck, the rest of the house features polished boards.
The Boat House has 3 large bedrooms, the main bedroom is huge, fitted out with queen bed, lovely ensuite and plenty of sunshine and light, 2nd. is another queen bedroom and a 3rd. bedroom has two cot/toddler beds single mattresses also available.
A renovated caravan is outside: This has queen bed and single bed and kitchenette nicely renovated.
The kitchen, dining, living area have split system heating and air conditioning and a log fire for cooler months. The Boat House has a lovely summer, beach, boat feel to it as windows deliver light from all directions. The Boat House is of exceptional standard.
The Boat House is situated at the end of a quiet court, amongst other holiday homes and residential houses, within 10 minutes walk to main street, shops, river, parkland, and all Barwon Heads has to offer. The Boat House is spotless, fully self contained and outdoor areas feature outdoor furniture and bbq for summer months.
