Both living spaces each have large flatscreen TV (40” and 50”) and DVD players, an iPod compatible stereo, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning plus wall mounted panel heaters.
The living room is perfect for entertaining as it opens out via large bi-fold doors to the generous timber deck which flows seamlessly onto the north-facing grassed lawn surrounded by a native coastal garden. Perfect for outdoor dining, the deck has seating for up to 10 people, a family BBQ completes the picture, AND an outdoor shower is adjacent. The property is fully fenced.
The 4 bedrooms are stylishly furnished with super comfortable beds. Master #1 has a king size bed, wardrobe and ensuite. A generous bathroom with bath, shower and vanity services the 2nd master bedroom has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 singles plus a trundle, the 4th bedroom has 2 singles. NOTE: these can be pushed together to make a King bed (the connecting topper panel is located in that bedrooms wardrobe) There is a fully equipped laundry with new washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen services the large 10-seat dining table easily and is fully equipped with everything needed to make a holiday memorable including European appliances (Ilve gas stove and Miele dishwasher).
