Chanticleer House is a modern well furnished and fitted out property and has 4 bedrooms, main with king bed, WIR and ensuite, 2nd with king single bed with trundle, 3rd with queen bed and 4th with two single beds there is also a rumpus with double futon bed for that special overnight guest, sleeping 8-10. The bedrooms are supported by 2 bathrooms including shower, bath, and two toilets. The house is spacious and allows for different living zones and room for guests to be involved in different activities at the same time, ie. reading, watching tv, cooking etc. The living areas include TV in living area and also one in rumpus room, dvd, stereo, fair usage of WIFI, PS4 and Wii, and is well furnished and fitted out. Chanticleer House has split system air conditioning, heating, cooking, and fans in bedrooms. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters to enjoy cooking and bbq’s in the holidays. The property also includes a cot and high chair for the younger guest. Sleeping 8-10 the house caters for two families or a family and grandparents who can enjoy all the spacious holiday destination has to offer. Outdoors there is bbq, outdoor seating for 6 and a fully fenced yard where you can watch children play from the kitchen and living areas.
