DESCRIPTION

Butters House is centrally located in Old Ocean Grove just a few streets from the restaurants and shops. Bring the whole family including the dog to this large, comfortable home. Located in the back streets of ‘Old Ocean Grove’ it is a 10 minute flat walk to the main street and 15 minutes to the beach. Butters House is a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Butters House has a comfortable open plan living design with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave and split system heating and air conditioning. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV and DVD player. Tastefully decorated with polished wooden floors and modern furniture, you'll feel comfortable as soon as you step inside.

The house sleeps 7. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk (single on top and double on bottom). The main bathroom has separate shower and bath. There is a full laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors the back yard has an undercover BBQ and entertaining area and to the rear at the side is a lovely, private and protected outdoor spa for 6.
