DESCRIPTION

Built in an L shape around our 30 x 18 pool & jacuzzi with garden & open space to the rear we are very private & not over looked. The pool deck has been extended to ensure space for everyone & there is a covered porch with table & chairs for alfresco dining all the area is under a full bug screen to keep the Florida bugs away.
The family room over looks the pool through 3 sliders has a large plasma TV & DVD player, seating for the family & a breakfast nook leads to the open kitchen with all the full modern equipment. There is a laundry room with large washer/dryer leading from the kitchen to the garage. To the front of the home there is a formal dining room & lounge creating space for all in comfort to listen to the radio/CD player.
The en-suite masterbedroom has sliders to the pool, the second double ensuite provides access to the pool. The 2 twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. The whole house is airconditioned with ceiling fans for extra comfort. Free telephone calls within the US & Canada are provided as is broadband internet. A BBQ is available & high chair & cot are also provided at no extra cost.
