The living areas include gas ducted heating, split system air conditioning heating/cooling upstairs, 3 TVs DVD, video, stereo, ipod doc system, the kitchen, dining and living area is well furnished and fitted out. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, etc, and all you need to cater for holiday stays. Laundry includes washing machine, and outdoors there is outdoor seating for 12, BBQ, and fenced yard (no access to garage).
