The house has gas central heating and evaporative cooling, and includes 2 tv’s to cater for family stays. The living area is well furnished and fitted out - there are two living zones, lounge has 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, 2nd living area (theatre room) has 32 inch flat screen tv, DVD, and very comfy couches. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher walk in pantry, fridge, great stove and cooktop, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and serving platters to cater for week-end or longer holiday stays. The laundry has washing machine.
Outdoors there is outdoor furniture and bbq, 2 sun lounges and a secure yard for children to play.
