DESCRIPTION
|
This delightful, split level villa is spacious, beautifully furnished and located in a quiet area surrounded by spectacular mountain views with the ocean visible in the distance. The layout of the villa with its private areas makes it perfect for families with teenage children, groups and couples sharing. The stunning terrace has a pool with Jacuzzi, BBQ and covered outdoor dining sala. The villa has a car port and ample parking, a safe and a laundry room with washing machine. There is also a useful office area for those needing to keep up with business whilst they are away.
LOCATION
The villa is in a stunning location that is remote and peaceful whilst, at the same time, being only a few minutes walk away from local stores, restaurants and bars where you can get an ice cold beer to quench your thirst. The nearby beach, while not the prettiest on the island is ideal for children. Close by you will find Centara Villas Resort and Samui Orchid who both open their doors to non residents and have many facilities for you to enjoy. Five minutes drive away you will find the fishing village Bann Hua Thanon where you can buy fresh fruit and local produce to cook at home and some delightful seafood restaurants where you can enjoy a relaxed, and leisurely, meal. Just ten minutes away is the bustling town of Lamai that has a myriad of shops, bars, markets, restaurants and some interesting nightlife.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are spacious, have en-suite bathrooms and large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The maser bedroom opens up onto the pool and terrace and has spectacular pool and mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has a bath next to two large windows that open up onto a small terrace with pot plants. The second bedroom is accessed from the galley above the lounge, has ample wardrobe space and mountain views. The third bedroom is accessed by steps leading down from the lounge, to the main entrance of the villa and past another small reading area with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and, like the other bedrooms, has en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor and is reached via the beautifully landscaped tropical garden. This bedroom offers plenty of privacy, has an en-suite bathroom, its own comfortable living area and private entrance.
Bathrooms
All the bedrooms have attractive en-suite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basins, although the master also has a bathtub.
Dining Room
The open plan dining area has a large, hard wood, dining table that can comfortably seat eight adults. A high chair for children is available on request. The dining room is tastefully decorated with tropical plants and wall hangings.
Kitchen
The spacious modern western kitchen, with its white units and black granite work surfaces, is conveniently located just off the dining area and has a gas cooker and hob, a microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and ample cooking utensils.
Living Rooms
The large and attractively furnished open plan lounge has wooden floors and comfortable seating. A large flat panel TV sits on a custom made table next to stairs that lead to a galley area with a small office and additional comfortable seating with views through the floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the pool and terrace.
