You can also enjoy great views and relaxed informal dining on the deck from that provides a gas BBQ and deck furniture. The ground floor entry has access to the attached one car garage and stairs that lead up one flight where you'll find the kitchen, dining, living room and private deck with full Baldy views. This level has an open floor plan with the living area providing comfortable seating around the river rock gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The built in entertainment center has a 27"TV/DVD/CD and there is a comfy overstuffed chair, love seat and double sleeper sofa. This level has two staircases, one on each end of the room that lead upstairs where you'll find both master suites. There is a separate staircase that leads downstairs to the dining and kitchen area. The third staircase is off the living room and leads down one flight where there is access to the attached one car garage with ski storage, the full size washer and dryer, private hot tub access and the third bedroom with two sets of log bunk beds and the third full bath. This town home offers all the luxury and convenience while maintaining a very comfortable, family home feeling. It sleeps 9 comfortably and is close to everything Sun Valley has to offer.
