The entryway offers guests a seating area to remove boots hooks for ski gear. Both bedrooms offer en-suite full baths with his/her vanities, new tile flooring in the bath area and private patios. The first bedroom has bridgeable twin beds, 27"TV/VCR, patio facing the entryway and a window with views of the Sun Valley tennis club. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 dressers, double closet, clock radio and the patio faces Sun Valley Dollar Mountain. The living room has a rock gas ignited wood burning fireplace with a raised hearth and immediately next to it is a charming window bench seating area looking toward Sun Valley. There are a 27"TV and CD player and a Queen Murphy bed in the closet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 3 barstools that opens into the dining area which seats 6 comfortably. The open dining area has a nice size deck providing good lighting and faces Sun Valley and Dollar Mountain.

Sun Valley Village is where the original resort was built. A golf course, Nordic center, ice rink and other facilities have been added. It is approximately on mile from downtown Ketchum and two miles from River Run lifts. Sun Valley Village has several restaurants, a movie theater, a deli/general sotre and other shopping.
