Features DescriptionThe kitchen has a commercial gas Wolf stove, griddle, broiler, granite countertops and hardwood floors. The living room has a gas ignited wood burning fireplace to relax around. The entire unit has upgrades such as berber carpet, granite countertops and stone tile. The deck is spacious and has partial views of Baldy bowls to the west. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet, 19"TV (no remote), good AM light, vaulted ceiling and bath en-suite. Second bedroom has queen bed. Access to hallway bath. Third bedroom has two twin beds and no dresser, but storage drawers under beds. Loft has a double futon and a writing desk.
Surrounding DescriptionThis home is located in a residential neighborhood in south Elkhorn about 2 miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lifts. The Elkhorn Plaza is about 1 mile away by car or bicycle (along the Elkhorn bike trails.) KART busses stop less than one block away during peak seasons, but do not service the Juniper loop during off seasons.
