This beautiful private home offers its guests a perfect setting for a perfect ski vacation. The house has four bedrooms each with its own private, full bathroom. The southern exposure has a wonderful view of Baldy and the ski lifts are a short walk from the front door.

The house consists of two floors; the lower floor contains a two-car garage, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a laundry room and a lower deck with a hot tub. The hot tub not only has privacy, but also has the same wonderful view of the mountain. The second floor contains the master bedroom suite, powder room and a large great room. There are two additional decks off the living area. The owners engaged superlative, professional interior design. Each room has it own distinct color scheme. The furnishings and fabrics complement the scheme and the accessories add warmth and character. Throughout the home there are a number of antique accessories the help define the overall theme of an early western mountain home. The living area has been professionally photographed and has been featured in a number of publications. The living area features a floor to ceiling river rock gas log fireplace on one wall and an adjacent wall of large windows with outstanding views of Baldy. Next to the fireplace is a 27-inch TV/VCR (satellite) and stereo. The bright, open kitchen offers plenty of counter space. The cabinets are faced with maple and the floor is hardwood. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffee maker and other appliances. The dining area has a custom designed dining table that comfortably seats eight. Surrounding Description

The home is a part of the Skiway village, located in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum. The Warm Springs area includes Sun Valley's Warm Springs Lodge as well as a variety of other shops and restaurants. The ski lifts at Warm Springs serve the north face of the mountain. KART is a free bus service, running every twenty minutes, that stops a few yards from the house and will take you to Ketchum and Sun Valley.
