This third story, one-level condominium with interior entrance features outstanding views of Baldy and Dollar Mountain. Located at the southwest end of the Cottonwood Complex in the Gilman building, this condominium abuts the Sun Valley Horseman Center, providing excellent views to the south for morning and mid-day sun.

Amenities include Berber carpet throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathroom, boasting granite countertops throughout, collections of antiques and prominent Sun Valley artists' works. Many return guests love this property, which is reflected by their appreciative comments in the owners' guest book. They love the convenience of having two bathrooms. Indoor ski lockers are available in the ground floor hallway. This unit also has a dedicated line for 24-hour, uninterrupted DSL high-speed cable Internet access from a brand new computer and printer, which is also compatible with any laptop! This unit does have access to Sun Valley amenities.Living room has 27" TV,VCR,DVD and CD player, Baldy views, ceiling fan and access to a small private balcony with 4 outdoor chairs. No BBQ Grill!!! There is one on the deck but per owners instructions guests are not allowed to use it...there is a note on it to that effect too. Dining table seats 4. Master bedroom has king bed, 17" TV,VCR, ceiling fan, and clock radio. The room also has its own full size bathroom with regular tub/shower. A queen Murphy bed folds out of closet in living room. Second bathroom is located by the front door as you come in the unit. It's a 3/4 size with shower/no tub. Ski storage is available by the front door to unit. Iron and ironing board are located in hall closet across from kitchen. This is a very unique unit for being a one bedroom condominium.Bedding: (master) king bed, queen murphy fold out bed.

Cottonwood Condominiums are located closest to the Sun Valley ice rink and Sun Valley Lodge. This complex is also located near deli, grocery store, several dining facilities, lounge and bowling alley.
